During this control panel update hosting accounts experienced scheduled downtime. The planned upgrade estimated a 4 to 6-hour service interruption possibly extending to 12 hours depending on restoration speed and other factors.
Once the server was prepared they immediately started restoring all hosting accounts. 80% of all accounts were anticipated to be restored in under 6 hours.
