scaming company
I bought yesterday a VPS as my brother sent me the link, but I forget to do the check for the reviews , so I paid and just a few second I was here reading the review. Then directly I sent them 3 emails saying I am not interested to renew the product and I want them to stop my account and send me the refund back before they will start the account which is today! ( sure I will 100% do the BE police report online now and then send an email for the German police as I did this before with scamming company like them since the EU law 100% you have the right to cancel and get the refund before you getting the product and if you get it then you have 14 days ) NOT like what they said you have to do it before 31 days with hiding all of there information.
MR. Oliver Werner and Alexander Winbichler thinking what they are doing is following the law , but its NOT and I know what I am saying.
Anyway today I was shocked to get an email (my product wasn’t active yet) to saying I can’t get the refund and I can only cancel it in 25 Oct! and not even following their policy which is 31 days before as I said it yesterday).
Since I sent 3 emails the second email they replied as we can’t see your email linked for any account since I changed my email.
The third email I didn’t get any reply for it at all.
I did cancel my product with the fact I accepted to lose the 12,60 euros. However, I will not let this go and I sent them saying they have 1 day either to send me the refund back or to wait for my police copy from BE and German police.
