The customer service of this company is really pathetic and they do not have sympathy with their customers. I had some issues so due to all this I had zero usage of the service over 2 months but this company was taking regular payments from my credit card. I tried to log a complaint to get my money back then realised this company does not have a complaints department or team. Their processes are all messed up and they did not give me my money back. I am really disappointed and have now cancelled my contract with them. It’s a small reseller hosting business ran by couple of persons so it’s not a full-fledged company. Beware, you’ll not get a good service and good customer service from them so avoid this company and do not waste your money with non-professionals. Now this business will try to justify their wrong actions with lame excuses.
