Today I got a ticket from one of our new client Raman complaining about he is not able to receive e-mails in his web mail account. Before taking any further steps we tried to check his account by creating demo e-mail address under his domain name.
I send an e-mail to [email protected] xxx.in from my gmail account account and got this error..
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain yourdomain by smtp.serverdomain (xx.xx.x.xx)
What is exact issue?
When we analyzed DNS records of his domain name using whois look tool, we noticed that domain name is pointing to godaddy server. But Raman said he is not getting these kind of error message in his GoogieHost’s control panel which is normally visible.
