Canceled through the site, and they do not send an API call to PayPal to cancel the subscription. They are covered through their Terms of Service legally, but they will knowingly collect your money forever and do nothing about it until you catch them. They billed me for almost 3 years after the last invoice was issued and the service was canceled on their site.
