Me percaté que para ser una empresa únicamente tienen 1 empleado que al mismo tiempo es el de ventas, también es de atención al cliente y se ostenta como el gerente general y eso no sería malo porque tiene una actitud terrible, le compramos una red Ipv4 /27 y nos durante los primeros días nos dió información completamente errónea, ni si quiera sabía lo que era una vlan, y estaba de necio que tenía una vlan 27 cuando resultó ser que su vlan era 23….
Cuando le isimos saber de todos sus errores y problemas pues entre uno de ellos es que no permite configurar varias Ipv4 DNS Reverse nos solicitaba todo bien hecho en ticket y el gerente solía equivocarse, nos causó tantos problemas que al final cuando terminamos de migrar 23 servidores vps a su infraestructura nos pusimos a discutir, para no hacer tan larga la historia el gerente de ofendió por qué le isimos ver sus errores el gerente nos dió de baja así nada más, no si quiera nos permitió hacer respaldos, tomo una actitud tan pedante y prepotente que simplemente nos dijo “el día de mañana tendrán su devolución de fondos” por suerte nuestro anterior proveedor al explicarle todo lo sucedido nos resolvió en ese mismo momento (nos rescato) así que nos quedamos con una muy mala experiencia, no los recomiendo para nada, si van adquirir sus servicios te recomiendo que no los hagas enojar por qué de hacerlo te cancelan en ese momento.
