I read a KB on their website, and I followed it but it no longer works. I opened a ticket and linked the KB and told them it no longer works. Within minutes I get a response but the agent copies and pastes the KB that didn’t work for his response. I told him the options aren’t there and sent a screenshot. It’s been over two days without a response on the support ticket. After 24 hours of no response I sent a request for a refund. I got a generic response saying that my service would be cancelled at the end of the term, I asked for a refund again and I haven’t heard from them in over 24 hours and my support ticket is still open 2 1/2 days later with no response. Live chat is a joke, it’s an AI and when you say “agent” it doesn’t find anyone. Save your money.

Singular mod use renders the server unable to start. Downloading files seems a herculean task. There is no way to force stop a looping restarting server. Servers cannot be left off, instead automatically starting, even while in the midst of updating configuration files.
I’m here asking for a refund as support tickets go unanswered and ai chatbot won’t stop spamming me copy pasta of the outdated help docs..

I tried them for the first time, and it simply would not work, the game kept saying server offline. eventually i gave up after an hour of trying, during which time my admin password stopped working constantly and had to be reset… even though it was copy pasted. The server would let one person on, then tell everyone that the server is offline. I requested a refund and cancellation and got this: “Hello,
I’m sorry to see that you wish to cancel your service with us – we hope that you have had a good experience with us.
This email is confirmation that your service will not renew, and will cancel at the end of the current billing period.”
