Monday: The 100-year-old Tech Giant HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) is reportedly in discussions to acquire Juniper Networks, a top producer of network gear, in a $13 billion Deal.

Hewlett, a century-old Tech company, is to buy Juniper Network, a leading network gear manufacturer for $13 Dollar.

As per the official announcement, the Deal is supposed to take place as early as this week.

HPE’s decision to acquire Juniper Network’s Assets aligns with HPE’s ambition to strengthen its position in the tech industry, particularly in the field of AI (Artificial Intelligence)

The $13 Billion Deal is simply a strategic move to boost HPE’s AI capabilities, focusing more on upgrading and advancing its AI Technology.

Juniper, known for its high-performance network and service solution, offers a wide range of solutions, including Routing, Switching, Wifi Technology, network security, and software-defined Network Technology(SDN) as well.

Notably, HPE’s stock experienced a decline of 7.7%, while the Stock of Juniper Networks saw a 21% surge in their stock value.
