How to resolve this issue?

To get rid of this DNS error you need to follow these steps enumerated below :

1. Login to your domain name control panel.

2. Select domain name which you want to use with our hosting server.

3. Click on Change Name Servers and update these values in given field

  • free1.googiehost.com (Free Users)
  • free2.googiehost.com (Free Users)

4. Now park this domain name with your hosting account and wait at least 4 hours.

  2. Everything seems to work fine, http, email,etc. after getting a free account and pointing my domain name to your servers. Except I cannot connect to FTP. The connection starts (CuteFTP) but in fails after message “Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity”

  3. I am having difficulty in parking my domain, I have may domain name bought at GoDaddy, afterwards, I host it here, but it says that the DNS is not pointing the name server, I had tried changing the values on godaddy but I don’t know how to park the domain name.

  4. it has been 4 days and still not pointing to my googiehost account i have sent 2 support tickets googiehost has not replied even though you claim you get 24hr support. This whole expirience is really doubting googiehost.

  8. I have no custom domain name and I am using your free subdomain i.e johnokada.cu.ma however it keeps telling me “File manager is not accessible at this time. Make sure that your domain is pointing to our nameservers.” Please assist
